Andion CH4 Renewables is pleased to announce the official start of construction of its state-of-the-art biogas plant in Eskilstuna, Sweden. This milestone marks a significant step forward in our efforts to promote sustainable energy solutions and contribute to Sweden’s ambitious green energy goals.
The new biogas plant will play a key role in reducing carbon emissions and generating renewable energy from organic waste, in line with our vision of promoting a circular economy and reducing environmental impact. Using state-of-the-art technology, the plant will convert organic waste into high-quality biogas, supporting the local energy infrastructure and contributing to the transition to clean energy in Sweden.
‘We are incredibly excited to undertake this important project in Eskilstuna,’ said Jonas Martin-Lof, CEO of Andion CH4 Renewables. “This biogas plant will not only provide clean energy, but also create new opportunities for technological innovation in the field of renewable energy. We look forward to working with the local authorities and stakeholders to make this project a success.”

The plant is expected to generate significant benefits, including reducing local greenhouse gas emissions, creating local jobs, supporting the farming community and generating renewable energy to support the local municipality and a large Swedish shipping company. Once operational, the plant will further strengthen Sweden’s position as a leader in renewable energy solutions.
Once construction begins, Andion CH4 Renewables is committed to ensuring the highest environmental standards and promoting long-term sustainability during project development.
