Milan, 1 July 2026 – Andion, a biomethane and renewable energy group, today announced the appointment of Gianluca Bruno as Head of Asset Management, effective 1 July 2026. Based in Italy, Gianluca will lead the operational management and performance optimization of Andion’s growing portfolio of biomethane and renewable energy assets.

Gianluca brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience across mechanical and electrical systems (MEP), renewable and conventional power generation – including solar, biogas, syngas, and CCHP – energy efficiency, and asset management. Throughout his career, he has led operations and scaled businesses across complex, cross-border organizations, with a strong track record of optimizing plant performance and building high-performing operating teams.

In his new role, Gianluca will take direct responsibility for asset operations across Andion’s dedicated SPVs. He will oversee the continued integration and operational ramp-up of Andion’s four currently acquired brownfield plants and support the start-up and commissioning of the Mirandola and Eskilstuna plants. He will also ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations across the portfolio, optimise operating procedures and governance frameworks to support Andion’s expanding asset base, and support the operational integration of additional M&A transactions as they complete.
