Milan, 19 October 2026 – Andion, a biomethane and renewable energy group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Riccardo Moretti as CFO and Alessandro Passadore as O&M Manager of the newly established Andion Asset Management Srl, further strengthening its highly experienced team and its capabilities.

Headed by Gianluca Bruno, Andion Asset Management has been established to drive operational excellence and performance optimization across Andion Group’s growing portfolio of biomethane and renewable energy assets.

The new entity will oversee and coordinate asset operations across Andion’s dedicated SPVs. Under Gianluca’s leadership, the team will manage the continued integration and operational ramp-up of Andion’s four recently acquired brownfield plants, while supporting the start-up and commissioning of the Mirandola and Eskilstuna plants.

Its mandate will be to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operations across the portfolio, continuously improve operating procedures and governance frameworks as Andion’s asset base expands, and support the operational integration of additional assets arising from future M&A transactions.
